Our services in the field of tool making encompass the manufacturing of component prototypes, experiment tools and pre-production tools (rapid tooling), series tools for thermoforming, foaming and injection moulding as well as equipment of any kind. With the exception of tools for injection moulding, we produce everything in our own tool making section and place our full trust in state-of-the-art CAD-CAM-CNC technology.

 

We purchase the tools for injection moulding on an international level from established and innovative partners who have a long tradition as well as ultramodern equipment technology. The required maintenance and repair works are done in our tool making section.

With the help of our in-house plastic workshop and our five-axis milling technology we are able to offer prototypes of close-to-production materials with attractive surfaces. Components, manufactured in rapid prototyping technology, are purchased from external partners.

 

Our targets and standards are very high both for internal and external tool making and guarantee a permanent availability of the equipment. We are able to handle tools weighing as much as 15,000 kg.
