Improve the quality and lower the costs - with the measuring devices of the series VisioCablePro iiM cable measurement engineering has been especially developed to carry out geometrical measurements that are specific to the demands of cable producers such as the measurement of geometrical features of insulating skins and sheaths. The complete package consists of the devices of the VisioCablePro series VCP-04, VCPB-04 and VCPS-01 as well as of the measuring software FMC-2 and the CAQ-System ProCable. The optical measuring devices of the series VisioCablePro create high resolution colour video pictures of cable samples that have a diameter up to 120 mm. With the help of the software FMC-2 you can evaluate these pictures and by using the CAQ-system ProCable you can archive the obtained results. ProCable helps you additionally to create inspection plans and to administer orders. Set up efficiently and optimize the production processes With the help of the obtained results which give you a precise information about the used up material you can efficiently set up the extruders and to keep the given tolerance borders with certainty. This way, the devices of the VisioCablePro series optimize the production, improve the quality of products and minimize substantially the costs.
