The controls of our mixing systemsare fitted with Siemens S7 PLC systems and permit each system to beoperated both manually and automatically.As an option Allan Bradleycomponents can be used. An OP 77 control panel serves for the entering of the mixing parameters.5 mixing programs are provided. The OP 77B control panel makes itpossible for the mixing parameters to be entered as work steps in tabularform. An industrial PC touch-screen represents all the mixing parameters aswell as the sequence of the mixing process graphically. As an option the control can be fitted with an Allan Bradley PLC and panelviewcontrol panel in accordance with NEMA / UL standards.
