Our service - your advantage Along with its actual core business, the manufacture and sale of plastic injection moulding machines, Netstal offers you a worldwide after-sales service which is permanently ready to fulfil your needs and meet your wishes in the spirit of a genuine partnership. Thanks to a tight global network of after-sales service employees and free representatives in about 40 countries, Netstal is present on all five continents and thereby in a position to serve its international clientele competently and quickly at all times. Each one of our globally active Service Engineers has a basic qualification and received five months of theoretical and practical training on our products and their applications at the Netstal headquarters in Switzerland.Apart from the availability of well-trained Service Engineers it is very important to Netstal to provide its customers with suitable spare parts as quickly as possible when the need arises. Our maxim is that the right part must be available in the right place at the right time. Prerequisites for this are a full knowledge of the machine and customer locations and shortest possible delivery times. Netstal offers its customers a spare-parts ordering service around the clock. A further focal point of Netstal in the area of after-sales service is the training of the customers' personnel: The Training Centre in Näfels relies on a most modern infrastructure with interactively networked theory rooms enabling a 1:1 simulation of the machine controls and generously equipped premises for the practical training on the corresponding machines. Various training modules in different languages are available for our clients' machine operators. They range from basic training over process optimization right to application-technical training and are organized in individual training blocks throughout the year
