Softwaretyp und Versionsnummer This page is designed to help our customers identify the software type and version running on any Renishaw Raman system. The information will allow our service and support team to respond promptly and correctly to your enquiry. When using a Microsoft Windows 98 or Windows 95 computer, please ensure that the WiRE™ software is running. Under the 'Help' menu, select 'About Renishaw'. This exposes the software version e.g. 1.3.33 in addition to the instrument serial number. When using a Microsoft XP computer, please ensure that the WiRE™ software is running. Under the 'Help' menu, select 'About Renishaw'. If WiRE™ 2.0 service pack 9 or later is installed, additional software information may be required. In WiRE™ 2.0, under the the procedures menu, select'ShowVersionNumbers'.
